When scheduling an appointment, always include:

Your Name
Phone Number where you may be reached (and what hours are most convenient to call)
Make, Model, and Year of your vehicle
Your vehicle's color (interior and exterior) and your overall estimate of its condition
What service(s) you would like to have done (as named on the price list)
What day/time you would like the services performed (NOTE: Appointments for detailing available Friday through Monday only. Consultations may be available 7 days a week.)

I will respond as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that I DO NOT quote exact prices over the phone or thru eMail. Final price will be agreed upon at the time of the appointment, after a visual inspection of the vehicle during pick-up/drop-off. If any additional services which incurr extra cost are required during the detailing process, I will call for authorization prior to completing the work.
